She sent us lots of properties to look at across Chittenden county and was extremely helpful when at the various houses, pointing out the pros and cons. Her knowledge of the market and the area was indispensable and thorough. She made a stressful and daunting process feel easy. She asked great questions and truly listened, which helped us nail down what was most important to us in a home. Then, she sought out houses that checked the boxes of our wants and needs. We looked at many houses together and when we felt discouraged in this wacky housing market, Angie persisted! Nothing was quite right until she encouraged us to look at a house that checked all of our boxes but was a little out of our price range. She said, "Let's just look; if you love it, you offer what you can." We loved it, we offered, she negotiated, and we got it within our price range! I can honestly say without Angie's expertise, we would not be living in our dream home. We are forever grateful!

We decided to begin our house hunt in the fall of 2019, which then very quickly turned into the craziness of the pandemic. Through many disappointments and disheartening moments in an aggressive seller’s market, Angie stuck with us and we were able to safely continue our home search and find what was right for us during this uncertain time. She made sure the transaction went smoothly and I would definitely work with her again in the future. We were able to find a place to buy very quickly and closed base on our terms which was very helpful. 

⭐️️️️️️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Selling my house was certainly a challenge. We were faced with one unexpected complication after another. I joked that it was almost as if the house didn't want to me to leave. With each new hurdle, Angie, was calm and reassuring. "There is an answer to this. Don't worry we'll figure it out." I heard those words often. They were perfect for keeping me optimistic and focused. Relatively speaking, the house sold rather quickly despite all the hassles . I'm glad I had Angie by my side as we worked through the process together.
