Dix Hill Rd, Plymouth, VT 05056

Property Description

The $10,000 price reduction gives you money in your pocket to improve this property and fulfill your dream of a place in Vermont. Take a look at this 10+ acre parcel of land in the well-established Dix Hill neighborhood and see if it is meant to be yours! The access has been cleared from the road to the field where you will find the house site and wastewater system site that has also been cleared and stumped. The woods beyond the house site have been left untouched. Location, location, location...in the lakes region and close to the State park, just a quick drive to Okemo and up to Killington in the other direction. The Sellers have decided not to build here so you can benefit from their work soil testing and obtaining a wastewater permit with a septic design that you can give to a contractor to start work right away. This is the perfect time of year to buy and make some progress before Winter. Bring your snomobiles as there is access to the VAST trails too. Boots are suggested if you would like to walk the land. The front of the parcel has been trimmed, but the ground is uneven in spots due to tree removal. Parcel is on the right between houses 550 and 616. See sign.
